The reading passage and listening lecture are discuss about group project advantage and dis advantage. While the reading state that when a team of people involve in a group project that is more beneficial for company. It help to take risky decision that individual can not take. However, the listening refute this point by saying that group project not always doing in a right way sometime it hamper full project and sometime some people are remain unproductive.
First of all, the reading claims that when a group of people work together they can share knowledge ,expertise and skills. That's why group can work more quickly and taking risk to do that in short time and those group member doing there work actively they get recognizes. However, the listening refute this point by saying that sometime some people are not doing there work properly that not hamper the project because some people work very hard but they don't have any recognition.
Secondly, the reading argue that sometime group member can take risky decision by discussion and sometime individual influence can imposes to other people to do work. the lecture counters this point by stating group can not take decision they have only doing meting and sometime 1-2 influential person hamper the work.
Finally, the the author state that group project is a creative work when some one told this idea is great and it will be successful. the lecture refute this point by saying that individual creativity damage the quality of other group member. That's why group project are failed.
