Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding noise from your restaurant. Let me explain you the situation. We are residing next to your restaurant at Buffalo Groove and the noise from your restaurant has become one of the biggest concern nowadays.
We are unable to lead a serene life and it is noisy always. Additionally, my younger sister and myself are not able to cope with academics due to this environment. Lastly my grandparents aged over 70 years are not able to sleep peacefully due to the high volume of songs played there.
I would like to suggest few points to resolve this concern, please arrange to make a separate party hall in the restaurant. Alternatively, try to reorganise the restaurant with better audio systems, acoustics and enhanced infrastructure to withstand the high sound. Please take action at the earliest failing to which will avenue police complaint and we have to deal with this challenge through court. Looking forward for your positive response.
Yours' sincerely,
Chitra
