The chart shows some reasons why adult decide to study. To crave certain knowledge in educational institution is among other several reasons that adult mostly want to gain from university, it is showed in the chart by “interest in subject 40%”. To gain qualification in certain field of subject, the percentage of 38 took second place why adult decide to study.
People or adult specifically aware of the importance of their current job, so to support their current job/helpful for current job (22%), they decide to study to a higher level to gain knowledge for well-paid profession. To improve prospects of promotion and enjoy learning/ studying reached the same percentage of 20% while to be able to change jobs reached the percentage of 12 in why adult decide to further their education. By studying, adult are supposed to meet different people with different background thus it helps them able to communicate well and build a good relationship with others.
