The line graph illustrates the proportion of people using the Internet in three countries, namely the USA, Canada and Mexico between 1999 and 2009.
It is clear that the rates of people who had access to the Internet in Canada and Mexico sharply increased during the period shown. By contrast, American users dropped slightly before rising in the next period from 2005 to 2009.
In 1999, 20% of internet usage in the United State compared to some minority Internet users in Canada and Mexico. But in the next three years from 2001 to 2003, there was seen the number of people who used the Internet in the USA felt slightly to by 5%.
While there were almost 100% Canada users who accessed the networking in 2009 compared to just 40% in Mexico. However, the rates of internet users in America and Mexico showed a similar trend register nearly 80% and just under 40% respectively.
