You are going away to travel for the summer. A friend will be looking after your house while you are away. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
– say where you are going
– describe your house
– explain some of the things your friend must do to look after your house.
Hey David,
How are you doing? It is been long time since we met in our favourite sports bar for couple of drinks. Those football matches we watched together is sweet memories now. Anyways, Thanks for accepting my request to look after the apartment during my absence.
I will be out of town from Monday 22nd April and will be back on 26th April as I need to attend seminar followed by an important business meeting in Somerset town. This meeting is of prime importance and I will be occupied most of the time.
Since you haven't visited my new rented apartment, let me give you a brief idea about my place. My house is located on 2nd street in BBC community. As you enter from north entrance gate of community drive straight and take 2nd left. You 'll see my house on the right hand side.
As you enter the house, you 'll find living room and kitchen on left and bedroom on the right hand side. There is also backyard and small pool.
Do take care of my fishes, they are used to eat twice in a day, so feeding them in morning and evening is fine. among other things, kindly drain the pool water and refill it before planning to swim.
Thanks for your support.
Yours Truly,
John
