The best way for a society to prepare its young people for leadership in government, industry, or other fields is by instilling in them a sense of cooperation, not competition.

With this in mind our education system should be designed in such a manner that young youth should follow their passion but providing a guideline and moulding their minds in a way that there is less competition in between and they should be able to tackle a situation coordinating one another.
