Teachers' salaries should be based on their students' academic performance
A teacher is thought to be next to gods in many countries. In India, from the ancient times they class="have">have class="been">been referred to as "Gurus", mentioned in the holy texts of both "Mahabharata" and "Ramayana" and treated with utmost class="respect">respect. This trends class="over">over the years seems to class="have">have gone through some radical changes. Despite the discrimination faced they continue to teach, nurture and polish the future of the country. in schools class="these">these days, students hardly pay attention to classes, same class="is">is the class="case">case with the colleges too where professors come prepared to explain new intereting concepts but students do not want to learn.
