I am writing in order to bring to your attention an unfortunate event that took place in your store last week. I would also like to make some suggestions so as this can be avoided in the future.
I attended the Coco and Bean coffee shop located in Griffith, where I regularly consume a coffee in the morning before work. While I was ordering my coffee, I noticed that the staff were under a lot of pressure due to high volume of customers. When I was given my coffee and I sipped it, I burnt my tongue severely. In this occasion, I had to attend the emergency department which led me to incur in medical costs and also physical pain.
I would like to make a suggestion to prevent this accident from happening in the future. I believe that you could acquire a thermometer to measure the temperature of the coffee to 70 degrees and avoid future accidents.
I hope these suggestions help other customers and the business to provide a high-quality service.
