The chart illustrates which how average house prices changed from 1990 to 2002 in five different cities in comparison to average houses costs in 1989. On the whole, percentage changes showed that prices decreased significantly in three countries during the time period from 1990 to 1995, while expenditures of average house increased noticeably between 1996 and 2002 in four countries.
To begin with, over the first five years after 1989 Tokyo and London experienced the greatest fall in average house prices, 8% similarly. Secondary drop was devoted to New York with 5%. At the same time, Madrid and Frankfort were two countries which had increased prices compared to costs in 1989.
In contrast, apart from Tokyo that presented 5% of drop compared with prices in 1989, prices in all of cities grew up substantially. London stood in the highest rate with over 10% and finally the proportions in New York , Madrid, and Frankfurt were 5%, 4%, and 2%, respectively.
