Overall, the percentage of expected on time services tend to be higher than in the real life, and the standard is drop through years. While the number of complaints have an increased trend year by year.
In 1999 and 2000, the company on time target were the highest at 86% which is different in real life at 85% in 1999 and remarkable low in 2000 at 82%. In the next 2 years, in 2001 and 2002, they standardized on time services rate at 85% and the actual numbers were close to what have been expected, just lower by half to one percent. The goal is lowered by half percent the following year which is the only year that the actual percent have passed what is expected. On the other hand, the number of complaints were risen, from 70 to 100 passengers in the year of 2000. It dropped a bit in 2001 and started to increased gradually from over 80 cases to 120 cases in 2003.
