From 2008 to 2010, Algeria witnessed a decrease in these rates, dropping to 4.5% in 2008 and around 3% in 2010. Besides that, in 2007, the bottom position was China, at 2%. This country accounted for just over 4% in 2008. During the following years, China experienced a constant rise in its growth rate, with figures of about 4%, 5%, and 6%, respectively.
