Overall, the percentage of Algerians has declined dramatically. Contrary to that, China's rates have seen an upward trend and Argentina's rates fluctuated.
As can be seen from the chart, Algeria led the way with 6%. This country doubled Argentina and tripled China in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, Algeria witnessed a decrease in these rates, dropping to 4.5% in 2008 and around 3% in 2010. Besides that, in 2007, the bottom position was China, at 2%. This country accounted for just over 4% in 2008. During the following years, China experienced a constant rise in its growth rate, with figures of about 4%, 5%, and 6%, respectively.
In comparison, Argentina increased moderately by nearly 5% in 2008. However, the proportion fell suddenly to just above 1% in 2009. At the end of this period, in 2010, this country had an upward trend and reached a peak of 2%
