The bar chart illustrates information about the rate of property prices among nations, namely China, Algeria and Argentina from 2007 to 2010.
Overall, Chinese possessions experienced an upward trend. However, Algerian property showed a downward trend over the whole survey period. The percentage of Argentina fluctuated over three years.
At the beginning, Algeria's average property cost was above 6%. These figures decreased gradually by 1,5% over each year, which was 4,5% in 2008 and above approximately 3% in 2009. There was just a slight fall of 3% at the end of the period. On the contrary, the average property number in China was less than three times that of Algeria at 2% in 2007, which doubled in 2008, just above 4%. It continued to grow sharply to an upper level of 6,3% in the final year, which reached the highest point in the survey period.
With regard to Argentina's proportion, which stood at 3%. Afterwards, it climbed about 5%, making it the highest level of 2008 among other countries. On contrast, these figures took up just under 1M which was the lowest point compared to two nations in 2009. In 2010, there was slow growth of nearly 2,5M.
