Russia( 1057 and 1038 bkWh), Japan(936.2 and 856.7 bkWh) and India(871 and 698.8 bkWh) are in 3, 4 and 5 rank.
On the other hand, Cannada, France, and Brazil are in 6, 7 and 8 positions in the production and consumption of electricity where Germany is the only country the consumption of power (582 bkWh) is more than production(bkWh). The least one is Korea Republic( production is 485.1 bkWh and consumption is 449.5 bkWh).
