Overall, we can see clearly that three different types of corporate firms tended to increase in the showtime. In addition, the most significant firm that used social media for business WAs large firm in the period.
In 2012, the large corporation that using social media accounted for 79% while the small and medium have only 28% and 31% respectively. From 2013 to 2014, although the big firm experienced a slow decline to under 5%, it still located on 1 st in all groups of firms that have a social media presence. In contrast, the two corporations that remain were tended to go up.
Between 2014 and 2015, all groups saw a decrease whereas the figure small and medium corporations recorded to almost 30%. In 2016, the group firm gone up especially the large corporations reached of peak to almost 80 %. Next, the small and medium were just a half.
