The chart below gives information about the growth of the urban population in certain parts of the world including the prediction of the future.
The manifested bar chart evinces some information about the build-up of the populous cosmopolitans in some specific areas, such as Africa, Asia, and Latin America, in three different years encompassing the foresight of the future.
Regarding the chart, as can be seen, in 1950, although Africa had the lowest population (well above 10%), their population got up to par with Asia in 2000 (around 39%). Moreover, during half a century commencing from 1950, Latin America kept its first rank in the number of people in comparison to the rest of the world from 41% in 1950 to 70% in 2000.
Turning to what happens in the future, nay, in 2030, predictions foresee that the countries of Latin American will still remain the populous countries in the world, i.e., exactly 80%, which is 20% more than the rest of the world. Furthermore, Asia keeps the lead in the number of people (approximately 55%) comparing to the African countries (just above 50%), again.
Overall, it can be concluded that Latin America during these years from 1950 to 2030 can be deemed as crowded countries. On top of this, the number of people in African and Asian countries is below par of the world.
