The chart below shows the amount of sales for four different kinds of foods in supermarkets in four different cities in America.

The chart represents the four types of foods (bars, crackers, snacks and cookies) sold in supermarkets located in four different cities in the US, namely; New York, Boston, Los Angeles and San Diego. Units are measured in million dollars.
Overall, cookies were the most popular foods among four supermarkets in the US, followed by bars. The least popular food was snacks.
Looking in details of cookies, Boston sold the most of cookies of $3,500 million, while New York and Los Angeles had the same sales of cookies of $2,500 million. San Diego had the lowest sales of about $1,500 million. There was a similar trend for crackers and snacks. Boston sold the highest amounts in crackers and snacks of $1,000 million and about $700 million respectively. This figure was followed by Los Angeles of $700 million in crackers sold and about $480 million for snacks sold. New York and San Diego experienced the lowest sales in these two types of food, which recorded at below $500 million sales.
In terms of bars, Boston and Los Angeles sold the highest amount of $3,500 million each, followed by $2,250 million for New York, and the lowest sales was made by San Diego of $1,000 million.
