The pie charts below provide information about the average percentages of sodium, saturated fats, and added sugar in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, these all components are very harmful to health if consumed above a certain limit. As an overall trend the highest amount of sodium and saturated fat present in dinner and sugar in breakfast.
The first graph about sodium percent in different meals, the largest amount of sodium part of the last meal of the day 43 percent on contrast the lowest percent comprise in breakfast and snacks 14 percent each. While in lunch more than 25 percent.
In the second pie chart on saturated fats, peaked 37 percent found in dinner while plunged 16 percent in breakfast. However, 26 and 21 percent of fats were present in lunch and slap-up meals.
In the added sugar information graph, in slap-up food, almost half the amount 42 percent of sugar was present in the fast-food products. And other about 50 percent present in lunch, breakfast, and dinner with 16 percent, 19 percent and 23 percent respectively.
Percentages of unhealthy food components may affect life.
