The chart below shows how frequently people in the USA ate in fast food restaurants between 2003 and 2013.

The given bar chart illustrates the habit of Americans in fast food establishments over the 10-year period from 2003 to 2013.
In general, the major of Americans preferred to eat in fast food restaurants between once a week and once or twice a month through all years shown. Strikingly, eating in fast food outlets was less often by the end of the period.
Looking at the details, close to 60% of people in the US chose to eat fast food in restaurants between weekly and once or twice a month a month. There was about 15 to 20% of Americans reported eating in fast food restaurants several times a week, while 3 to 4% of people ate in these every day. At the other end of the scale, around 4 to 5% of people avoided fast food establishments completely.
Between 2006 and 2013, the rate of eating fast food in restaurants in the USA either several times or once a week felt by almost 10%. By contrast, the “one or twice a month” category underwent an increase of around 8% from 25% to 33%. We can see that the common habit in 2003 and 2006 became a monthly or twice monthly in 2013.
