The pie charts illustrates the primary reasons for teenagers in an African country to use their mobile phones through the years 2016 to 2019.
Overall, social networks emerges to be a clear front runner. On the contrary, phone calls seems to be the least used feature by adoloscents in all the four years.
Firstly, 10% of the teenagers used their phones for phone calls in 2016. The percentage for the same countinued to grow until 2018 after which, we can see a significant decline. Mearly 5% of the teenagers in the country used their mobiles primarily for making phone calls.
Second, the only segment that did not have an adverse affect on the percentage of adoloscents using it as the main feature was digital camera. The share for digital camera was constant for 2016 and 2017 at 15%. However, it grew to 18% in 2018 and consequently to 20% in the year 2019.
