The pie chart renders information about decisions made by the customers for buying mobile phones in countries A and B. The mobile phone purchasers make decisions with respect to factors such as price, design, brand and also recommendations made by their companions.
In country A, price is considered by most of the users and most of them have made their decision depending on this factor whereas in country B less importance is given to price. More priority is given to design in country B. It seen that the second highest factor considered by the people of both countries is the suggestion given by their friends.
On comparison, about 50 percent of people in country A have preferred the price of the product whereas in country B price accounts only for 9 percent, being the least considered factor. The pie chart clearly illustrates that design is highly preferred in country B but in country A only 10 percent of the people give priority to how the product is designed. Though, around 7 percent of the consumers take into account the factor called brand in country A, people giving more importance to brand in country B has increased. Both the countries are almost similar in listening to their friend's advice where country A has 33 percent for friend's recommendation and the same for country B is 32 percent.
Hence it is obvious from the pie chart that in country A the price takes precedence over the other reasons considered by the users and in country B it is the design that takes the superiority.
