Although you have more interest in computers, you are not able to get enrolled in a computing and statistics course as an elementary course is mandatory for enrollment. Write a letter to the enrollment officer
-describe why you are writing
-explain your circumstances
-ask him to provide enrollment without the elementary course
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my interest on a course offered by your institution. I read about the course on a pamphlet issued by your start for which a basic course's completion certificate is mandatory.
I have not completed any course about computing till now. But I would like to gain knowledge about computing and statistics. Though i did not finish an elementary course, I have many certificates which i have obtained in my lower classes and these certificates vindicate my knowledge in computing.
Despite i studied in a remote village in my home country, I have acquired much information about computers both in theoretical as well as in practical aspects. I very well know that an elementary course outweighs the certificates and knowledge i have gained. The course offered by your organisation may seek a job for me in my future.
Would you please exempt me from completing a preliminary course? Perhaps, this will fetch me an admission for the computer class. If you offer me an enrollment for the course, it would be of great help to improve my career.
Looking forward to accept my excuse. Thank you for the consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Gayathri Mohandas.
