In addition, the figures for tertiary education girl students in industrialised and developing nations were 66 and 105 respectively.

During 2000, the figure for primary girls in developing nations rose to 87 individuals, where as developed countries' figure had a 3 increase to 96 girls. However, the most dramatic change was occurred in secondary level, where the number of girl students in developing nations increase quickly from 72 to 82 students.
