This chart below provides us information about comparison of two nominal data, genders and their difference in primary, secondary and tertiary education between developed and developing countries on an interval scale from 1990 to 2000 years.
Overall, It’s clearly seen that in developed countries the number of females were slightly more than in developing countries between 1990 and 2000. Tertiary education shows the most number of girls per 100 boys in developed country.
According to developing countries, the total number of girls in primary education were a little higher (83) in comparison with secondary and tertiary education where the numbers of girls were 72 and 66, respectively, in 1999. However, in 2000, in secondary education, the amount of females (87) was nearly as in primary education. (82). Furthemore, in tertiary education the number of girls was the least (75) among the other levels of education at the same year.
By contrast, surprisingly, in developed countries there were considerably more girls in tertiary education and reached 112 while, in primary and secondary education there were only 96 and 99, respectively, between 1990 and 2000. Moreover, it is noticeable that in all levels of education, the amount of females grew starting with 66 in 1990 and got 112 in 2000.
