The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.

The given pie charts depict that the percentage of hotel's customer service which was resulted from questionnaire filled by 100 visitors at Parkway hotel for the year 2005 and 2010.
Overall, it is conspicuous that the hotel's customer service was at satisfactory level, whereas it had improved to good in the year 2010.
To begin with, there were only 5% of visitors rated customer service as excellent in the year 2005. Maximum guests found (45%) hotel's customer service at satisfactory level. Visitors who rated service as poor was almost half of the people rated service as satisfactory in the year 2005. Moreover, Almost same percentage of visitors rated service as good and very poor.
On the other hand, the highest number of visitors(39%) liked the hotel's customer service and considered as good service. There was increase in the percentage of excellent rating by more than five folds at 28%. Only 4% of the visitors considered service as very poor, which is one third of the poor service. In addition to this, there were 17% of visitors rated service as satisfactory.
