The civic centre will be planned to change. There are two maps: one is the existing and the other is the plan for new.
The two maps describe the current situation of the civic center and the future plan for this center. Overall, the re-design of the civic center presents the location changes in all the buildings except the concert hall and the shopping center, with a library disappearing and a theater, an open park and a hotel & restaurant appearing.
Starting with the first may, a concert hall stands between the car park at the top-left side and another one at the top-right side, on the south of which is a shopping center. To the south of the concert hall is situated a council office, with an exhibition hall to the west and a library to the east.
Turning now to the new plan, the library will be removed from this area, and on its location will be the exhibition hall. Meanwhile, the council office will be moved to the previous location of the exhibition hall. Also, the previous location for the council office will become a larger place which consists of two floors, one for an open park and the other for an underground car park. The old car parks will be substituted for by a new theatre westward and by a hotel and restaurant eastward.
