The recent phenomena in the decision making strategy of higher management has triggered a debate among the corporate leaders on whether or not to consult the employees before taking any decision. Many believe that employees inclusion should be abstained unless the decision is made while others think brain storming with the employees strengthen the decision taking ability of the management. This essay will discuss how employee can facilitate the management in decision making time.
First of all, it is the employees who are working on the implementation of the idea. It enables them to have better understanding of the product or service they are working on. Their ideas and experience can help management to a great extend before reaching any conclusion. For example, in IT industry the feasibility, duration and efforts of the development of a product can be more accurately if provided by the development team.

Secondly, the involvement of the employees in decision making meetings makes them feel empower and make them feel motivated. It increases the productivity of the entire structure in an organization. Employees find themselves valued and respected in the work environment which is obviously great for any organization.

In conclusion, the involvement of the employees before making any key decision can help the organization to achieve success because of better joint collaboration. Thus, it is important for the corporate leaders to pay attention to their employee suggestion before arriving to any decision.
