The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
The picture illustrates a detailed description of how to generate instant noodles.
In general, the manufacturer goes through 8 steps, beginning with being delivered the flour to storage silos, and culminating with being packed all the products labeling, and sealing.
The process commences when staff will use trucks to transport flour to storage silos. At this stage, the staff brings flour to the mixer with oil and water, and the next step is that the flour will go through the roller and dough sheets. Once this particular stage in the process has been completed, the dough strips will strip into many strands to prepare for the next procedure.
Following this, the noodles have become many strands and will be generated a disc shape, which is convenient for putting noodles in the boxes. At the same time, the noodles will be cooked and dried before the next procedure, the noodles will be added with vegetables and spices in the boxes. Eventually, noodle boxes will be labeled and sealed in large boxes and delivered to the market to serve customers.
