The diagram below shows the manufacturing process for making sugar from sugar cane.
The picture depicts a detailed description of how to make sugar from sugar cane.
In general, the procedure for producing sugar canes goes through 7 steps, beginning with sugar canes being cultivated from 12 to 18 months and culminating with sugar being dried and cooled.
The first step is that sugar cane is grown from 12 to 18 months to harvest. By this stage, farmers will cut sugar cane and farmers also use delivery systems to pick sugar cane up before transporting all the sugar cane to a crusher. At the same time, sugar cane will be extracted juice before the next procedure. The next step is when juice will be filtered by limestone filtered to create purifying juice to prepare for the next phase.
Following this, the purifying juice will be transported to an evaporator, which is heat juice for the purpose of becoming syrup. Once this particular stage in the process has been completed, the syrup will be delivered to a centrifuge to separate sugar crystals from the syrup in order to crystal sugar before the next phase. Eventually, sugar will be dried and cooled, and then delivered to the market to serve customers.
