The diagram below shows the process for recycling plastic bottles
The diagram illustrates how plastic bottles are recycled. Overall, there are 9 different steps involved in the plastic bottles recycling process, starting with plastic bottles being thrown into recycle bin and ending with making various products from this material.
After using, plastic bottles are thrown into recycle bin like other wastes before being collected by specialized truck and transported to recycled plants. Next, workers manually sort out plastic bottles into distinguished containers, plastics bottles in which then are compressed into blocks. These blocks are crushed into shreds by passing through two big crushing gears above a liquid tank for washing.
After that, plastics shreds are gone through a characteristic machine to produce plastic pellets. Then pellets are heated to easily form raw material in particular size that can ensure to be fit to put on pallet for convenient transportation. Finally, many kinds of products ranging from boxes set, new bottles to recyclable plastic bags, pens and clothes are made from this raw material.
