Overall, there are diverse loads of stages to produce an entire product, involving up to ten steps. The process begins with harvesting ripe red pods from the tress raised in some parts of Indonesia and ends with the finished products, bars of chocolate.
The first step in making chocolate is the extraction of white cocoa beans form ripe red pods which were grown on cacao trees indigenous to South America, Africa and Indonesia. Afterward, these cocoa beans underwent fermentation process a span of 2 to 10 days. Before being exposed to sunshine’s unspecified temperatures in order to reach dryness. These dehydrated beans were packaged in loads of large sacks.
The process steadily continues when tons of sacks involving dehydrated beans were delivered to a factory by train and lorry. The next stage is aforementioned beans experienced roasted procedure under temperature rough 120 to 150 degrees Celsius. After which they were sent to a cylindrical flat to being crushed so as to reject all of its outer shell. Finally, the removed parts were pressed to produce into liquid.
