The diagrams illustrate the processes of the frozen fish pie production line.
In general, a frozen fish pie is composed of four main ingredients: peas, a small few pieces of fish, slices of potatoes and sauce all of which are packaged in a microwavable container before being delivered to customers. The manufacture includes about seventeen steps divided into the processes of preparing potatoes, fish and packaging.
More details, potatoes after approximately one month in a container are carefully cleaned, and then cut into small slices. After being well boiled, slices of potatoes are chilled with hot temperature and stored before being added into a fish pie.
Besides, the processes of making fish are a variety of steps. When it comes to preparing fish, fresh pieces of salmon are added with lemon juice and salt for about 12 hours. Then, employees remove their skins and bones under inspection before adding prepared peas, sauce and slices of potatoes. Next, containers of salmon fish are wrapped and frozen before being distributed in stores or dispatches.
