Among four different kinds of transport, the percentage of cars was highest, at 45% while this figure for light rail transit was slightly lower, at 35%. The proportion of buses and trains used by the citizens was similar, at 10%.
In term of reasons for using cars in the city, more than half of people (55%) use cars for commuting to work. 45% of residents drive for business compared with 40% of people use cars to take children to school. The percentage of people who commute by cars in order to go shopping or to do leisure activities was similar, at 15% for each.
