The given diagrams depict an information about the process in which cement is made and than how it be used in construction purposes.
Overall, basically is prepared by four main stages, which initial ingredients are limestone and clay, and it begins from crushing ends to begging. Moreover, cement accounts for about 15 percent allocation in order to make a construction substance.
From the firs diagram, after crushing process of limestone and clay the made powder passes to mixer which initial phase of rotating under heating. Thus, pre final stage is squeeze the mixed substance. Eventually, the product gone into bagging and completely ready for usage.
According to second picture, the half proportion of rudimentary construction substance consist of gravel, whereas approximately 15 and 10 percent allocation account for cement and water. In addition other remaining proportion of this substance actually is sand. Moreover, all the mentioned components are made due to concrete mixer.
