It is evident from the line charts that parents spent much more money to focus their children on sports and the number of children participating in football was the highest during the whole time scale.
In details, the money spent on children’s sports by their parents jumped from 20 in 2008 to nearly 33 at the end of the period time, which increased by roughly 4 pounds every two years.
Participants in three different kinds of sports experienced an upward trend. The highest number belonged to children attending to football with just nearly 8 in the beginning time which decrease slightly before reaching peak at around 9 in 2014. In term of athletics that has only 1 million compared to just under 2.5 of swimming in 2008, which overcame the children in swimming in 2011 and peaked at higher point about 5 in 2014 while the figure for anther was 3.5.
