For sure, work experience payments will be awarded after complete of the final report. At the first stage, students need to select capacity workplaces from the allowed list and set up interviews to the places of interest. Selecting will help them decide the job that they want to responsible for and more convenient for the future after graduation. The following step is approval. Once students receive an approving letter from the manager, submitting them to the professor who is responsible for monitoring you during the internship. After being approved by both manager and professor, students need to build a scientific and meticulous schedule. Everything need be arranged so they can work ten hours per week and keep it up for more than twenty weeks. Because as an interns, during that period of more than twenty weeks, there's plenty of experience and practical knowledge they need to learn.
Following this, all progress is admit on the report and sent back to the professor on every Friday. Any question related to work or major, undergraduates have the right to ask their professor. Subsequently, during the last working week, the interns need to join in the conference with the supervisor, who will show them their strengths and weaknesses during the internship, maybe they will also give some tip, which will help for later students' career essentially. This process will be completely finished when students submitting the final report before the spring deadline.
