The graph and chart give information and forecast about the vehicle and CO2 emission in England and Wales between 2000 and 2020.
The provided graphics demonstrate and predict the statistic of transportation and the total amount of carbon dioxide released in the two British countries over the course of 21 years, starting in 2000.
A first glance at the graphs reveals that both levels of traffic and the toxic emission underwent an upsurge and are anticipated to ascend in the future. In addition to this, according to the bar chart, it is manifest that the influx of exhaust car discharging outnumbered that of the others.
As is shown in the first graph, means of transport in two mentioned regions in 2010 was nearly 40 million, which was a two-fold in escalation comparing to its commencing in the year 2000 (with 20 million). It is also noticeable that its data skyrocketed to more than 60 million vehicles and are forecasted to increase with no sign of reduction in the end of the course.
Now, turning to the other details, the amount of toxic fume in the private car category not only held the largest share with around 2.3 million but also is estimated to reach its peak at 3 million in the next decade. Following that, both types of large engine vehicles, trucks and vans, released less than 1 million tons of CO2; however, in the last ten years, that of trucks is predicted to increase to approximately 1.3 million. By contrast, the local vehicle posed threat the least to the environment, with a mere level of 0.5 million tons, and is expected to share an analogy in 2021.
