The bar graphs present data about computer by people in a given population and with classification in accordance to their educational level for 2002 and 2010. Figures are displayed in a percentage scale.
Overall, computer ownership outlined a steady increased throughout the nine-year period. Moreover, higher percentage of population owned computer in 2010 than in 2002 regardless of the level of education attained.
In the year of 2002, the proportion of population owning a computer was at over 50% which eventually reached 60% after two years. A stable rise in the acquisition of computer continued for the following years that by 2008, ownership rate went up to approximately 70% with a significant 10% rise since 2004. By the end of the indicated time period, a further five percent increase caused a peak to roughly 75% in terms of computer ownership.
On the other hand, ownership of computer was classified according to educational attainment in 2002 and 2010. During the former year, the percentage of owners who completed high school was about 30% which was relatively double the value of those without high school diploma. People with uncompleted college program accounted more than 50% of computer owners and proportion significantly climbed as the educational status became higher,making postgraduates the category with largest number of people having computer. Similarly, the latter year 2010 showed and upward trend with significant rate of over 40% accounting for people with lowest educational level. The value constantly elevated; secondary school graduates had over 60% and it rocketed by over 20% increase for people with incomplete college degree, Bachelor's degree holders and postgraduates, having over 80% respectively.
