The graph below gives information about daily salt intake in the USA in 2000

Given is the bar chart delineating the daily consumption of salt of six separate age groups in the USA in the year 2000.
Perceptibly, males of all age groups consumed a higher amount of salt than that of females. Furthermore, people aged 20 to 39 by far had the highest salt intake in the reported year. When it comes to the daily intake of salt in women, children under the age of 6 absorbed approximately 1200 milligrams of salt, while the oldest age group ate roughly 2500 milligrams worth of salt in their meals, which met the recommended adult sodium intake. Conversely, there was an insignificant disproportion in the salt absorption between the age group of 6 to 11 and the 40 to 60-year-olds, all of which breached the advised salt intake with vaguely 2800 to 2900 milligrams of salt. In terms of male’s salt consumption on a daily basis, the youngest age group registered 500 milligrams more than that of females. The following age groups were analogous to the swelling trend, with 3500 milligrams and 4300 milligrams for the 6 to 11-year-olds and the age group of 12 to 20 in sequence, followed by the alarming peak of salt intake in male adults aged from 20 to 39 with approximately 4400 milligrams. Men in the age group of 40 to 60 achieved a salt intake of 4000 milligrams whereas the over-60s receded to the same amount of that in the age group of 6 to 12 year olds.
