The given chart depicts data about how much food was consumed by Chinese citizens during the period from 1985 to 2010.
It is clear that the line of salt using converged with the meat consumption. As for fish eating, the line reached a peak in the end of the given period.
Looking at the details, it must be said that salt and meat eating had a downward and upward trends respectively. The former started in 1985 with almost 500 grams per person per week and sank to 200 grams in 2010 where two lines were crossed. By contrast, the latter began with around 100 grams and soared slightly to 200 grams.
As for fish consumption, it is obvious that this graph were growing from slightly more than 600 to about 700 After that it returned to 600 grams per person per week in 1995. During the next 15 years this graph were climbing up until 2010.
