The graph below shows the changes in food consumption by Chinese people between 1985 and 2010.
The given charts depict data about how much food was consumed by Chinese citizens during the period from 1985 to 2010.
It can be clearly seen that the salt line converged with the meat line. As for fish chart, the line reached a peak in the end of the given period.
Looking at the details, it must be said that salt and meat consumption had a downward and an upward trends accordingly. The former started in 1985 with almost 500 grams per person per week and was sinking until 200 grams, where two lines were crossed in 2010. By contrast, the latter began with around 100 grams.
As for fish line, it is clear to see that this graph were growing from slightly more than 600 to about 700. After that it returned to 600 grams per person per week in 1995. During the next 15 years this graph were climbing up until 2010.
