The line graph provides the information about three kinds of spreads from 1981 to 2007. And they are margarine, low fat&reduced spreads and butter which are represented in grams.
In general, when the butter owned the highest point during the year of 1986, low flat&reduced spreads acquired the lowest point in the year of 1996.
Firstly, even though margarine was more stable than other kinds of spreads, its consumptions decreased slightly in 1986, approximately, 80 grams. Afterwards, it dropped down sharply up to 40 grams by 2007. Secondly, the butter was able to show incredible reduction from 1981 to 2007 . Namely, 140 grams of butter were consumed in 1981 even if it showed that general consumption of it was only more than 60 harms. Thirdly, low flat &reduced spreads could demonstrate ridiculous improvement in that period. For example, even if the overall consumption of it was about 15 grams, more than 90 grams of it were consumed by 2001. Then, it fell back slightly up to 70 grams
