Overall, it is clear that the figure for inquiries sent via telephone decreased, whereas the opposite trend was seen in the others. Additionally, the number of questions made directly was higher than the two remaining after the march.
In January, the figure for inquiries sent by telephone was the highest, at about 900, compared to nearly 800 and over 400 in the quantity of questions sent directly and by letter or email, respectively. From January to March, the figure of questions made directly gradually increased, before dramatically increasing to approximately 1900 in June, leading to becoming the majority of questions in the office.
Meanwhile, the number of questions via telephone fluctuated between 800 and 1000 in the first four months, followed by a clear increase to 1600 in the end. At the same time, the number of questions via letter or email gradually decreased to about 400 and stabilized until the end.
