The two bar charts illustrate the percentage of people who have their own computer and the level of their education between 2002 and 2010. It is clear that computers became more and more popular in individuals' life. Moreover, the same situation was true in the proportion of their education from years to years.
Firstly, people did not use computers much in the year 2002 which was just at nearly 60 percent. However, this figure continuously rose up to around 80 percent after 8 years period.
To be more detailed in the second chart, we can see that the higher education they were, the higher number of individuals who owned technological devices. People who decided not to attend high school had computers at the lowest point 20 and 40 percent, respectively. Otherwise, the opposite was true for the figure of those who got postgraduate qualification at over 90 percent. In addition, college and bachelor's degree students nearly shared the same percentage at around 80 and 85 percent, respectively.
