The line graph below shows changes in the amount and type of fast food consumed by Australian teenagers from 1975 to 2000.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and making comparisons where relevant.

The line chart gives information about the consumption of three categories of junk food eaten by teens in Australia between 1975 and 2000.

Overall, it is clear that Hamburgers and Pizzas rank as having the highest numbers of consumption of junk food, whereas there was a gradual decrease in eating Fish and Chips.

In 1975, the most popular fast food with Australian teenagers was Fish and Chips was eaten almost 100 times per year. Next, there was a fluctuation over the next 10 years between 1975 and 1985 before reaching around 90 times. However, the demand for this junk food significantly dropped by approximately 50 times from 1985 to 2000. By 2000, it continued to decrease to below 40 times, which was the lowest point in the entire period surveyed.

In contrast, the popularity of Pizzas and Hamburgers appeared to have taken off significantly. In 1975, Hamburgers and Pizza’s consumption was very low at below 20 times and both increased to roughly 100 and 85 times respectively between 1975 and 1995. The number of Hamburgers and Pizza consumption by Australian teenagers each year remained stable at around 100 and 85 times respectively by 2000.
