The maps illustrate a number of changes that were made to the town of Peterford between 2015 and 2036. Overall, it can be easily seen that during the time period, the area was utterly transformed with new physical structures being added.

The main developments are that the citizens settling there will be more convenient and there will be more and more people living here. Looking at the maps in detail, one of the major changes will be to increase the size of the town to the Northeast. In 2036, the roads will be expanded and a vacant piece of land will be replaced by two hotels and a number of houses. The town hall which was located in the North will be moved to the opposite side of the road and will be enlarged twice. However, the shop and the post office will be remained unchanged throughout the 20-year period. Moreover, after 20 years, there will be more houses and citizens living here.

As well as the buildings mentioned above, the new facilities including the bridge will be constructed. In 2015, to pass through the river, people had to cross to the rudimentary wooden overpass, on the contrary until 2036, this bridge will be removed to make a more modern platform — suspension bridge to be easy-moving.
