It is clear that residential usage is by far the most common type of function in two developed regions but it is the least popular in the world. By contrast, most water used in the world goes to farming.
San Diego country uses the largest amount of water on residential use, account for around 60%. this is nearly eight times as high as the water used worldwide and 21% higher than water used homely in California. Such a dramatic difference can also be seen in Agriculture, in which water used in farming account for nearly 70% in world, approximately 40% and 30% higher than San Diego country and California.
A similar water consumption can be seen in industries use for San diego country and worldwide, at about 23%. Almost 33% proportion of water is used for industrial purpose in California, almost 10% higher than other two areas.
