The plans below show the site of an airport now and how it will look after redevelopment next year.
The provided plan illustrates the redevelopmental changes to an airport that will occur in the following year.
Overall, the entire structure of the airport will face some type of changes that will include increasing the number of entry gates and shops within the floor.
Now there are only eight gates, in a rectangular arrangement, which grant access to the inner part of the airport and are connected through walkways. But in the next year 10 more gates (making the nubmber of gate total 18) will be constructed in a Y-shaped zone with sky train transportation. Finally, few new shops will be built on the left of "Security and Passport Control".
Currently, only a cafe is available next to the chek-in center for the departing passengers whereas the incoming ones do not have any access to any shops at all. As the location of the check-in center will be changed, a new "Bag drop" zone will be added in its previous location for the departing passengers. The cafe will move closer to the departing gates. On the ther side, several new shops, a cafe and an ATM booth will be constructed for the arrivals as well. The right side next to the arriving gates will be extended so that a car hiring shop can be opened as well.
