The plans below show a student room for two people and a student room for one person at an Australian university.

The pictures illustrate two different spaces in which for students to rent at Australian college.

Looking at the images, it is immediately obvious that there were a number of differences between the two room types, in terms of size, price, fixtures available and how many people each room can accommodate. The first room cost approximate double as much as the second room to engage, however, its extent bigger about the width and people capacity.

The first room, students want to live there will have to pay with cost $350 per week, while a single room is priced only 200$ each week. About size, the above two kinds of rooms all have the same length of 6 meters, nevertheless about the breadth, the first room is 4 meters wide compared to 2,5 meters of the second room.

Besides, the equipment of the rooms was also substantially different, the more expensive room contains two beds, two television, two cupboards, two study desks, a bookshelf and a table and chairs. Meanwhile, that of the cheaper room only have one, in addition, they do not have cupboards, bookshelf or table and chairs. Both rooms have similar cooking area and bathroom facilities.
