Overall, there was an upward trend in the figure for brown, rye, and white bread, while the price of wholegrain experienced dramatic fluctuations over the given period. Additionally, brown bread became the most exorbitant at the end of the interval.
As can be seen from the graph, wholegrain bread was 0.8 euros in 2001, then it reached its pinnacle in 2002. Afterward, it saw a slump by 0.8 over the three following years before making a slight recovery at the end of the period.
Regarding brown bread, 0.6 was registered in 2001, after which it moved in parallel with wholegrain bread, recording 1.5 in 2002. In 2005, the price of brown bread was 1.6 euros after experiencing a mild rise.
Concerning white bread, it witnessed a twofold rise between 2001 and 2004, before culminating at 1.1 in 2005.
Over the period, the price of rye bread saw insignificant movements, becoming the most reasonable bread in 2005.
