In the first step, all items which include of flour, 1,5 cups water, 2 tsp salt, and half tsp dry active yeast are added to a stand mixer. It's mixed slowly for 2 minutes. After that, the mixing continues with moderate intensity for 5 minutes.
In the next stage, this mixture is done the same as in stage 2. After finishing mixing, let the dough double in size for a minimum of 2 hours. Then, the dough is worked to remove all air bubbles. In the final step, the product is cut into 3 equal pieces or 275 grams each.
